One band for every county selected above — Marion and the donut counties alike. Drag to ANY amount — the low end of the sliders moves in small steps, so cuts below $100k are easy to land on — or type any exact amount in the boxes (amounts above $500k work typed). Leave a box empty for no limit on that side; clear both and everything comes back.
Sold for — winning bid at the tax sale
At least
At most
$0Top: $500k
Sold above the minimum bidBid-up only — the winning bid beat the taxes owed, so somebody actually competed for it. Sold at exactly the minimum (bid = taxes owed) means nobody else wanted it.
Off — hiding nothing
Coverage, honestly: Marion's sale results carry the winning bid on nearly every house. In the donut counties the bid only exists where the county published results — some Hamilton and Boone houses have one; Johnson, Shelby and Hendricks publish none, so their houses are "sold-for unknown." Unknowns hide ONLY while a sold-for bound or bid-up is on — clear the bounds and everything comes back.
Sliders step $50–$100 through the low working range and never more than $500 anywhere, all the way to the highest redemption in the list — or type any exact amount in the boxes.

Radar cross-reference loading…
The radar stays the wide net — houses land here only when promoted: star them in the Indiana Distress Hunter, export the promotion queue, and import it below. A promotion that matches a hunt or donut record promotes that real record; anything else arrives as a radar record with its radar numbers.
Promotions live on this phone, same as your marks — export them and send the file to Marty, and the next publish bakes them in for both phones.

Pin colors
Blue — Not knocked yet
Gold — Interested
Green — They're in
Light grey — No answer
Pink — Vacant
Dark — Pass / not interested
★Violet star — ★ Planned to drive. Marked while planning at home; load them from the DRIVE tab with Drive my plan. A solid gold star on the violet means that house is also deceased, obituary-confirmed; a hollow gold star (☆) means the skip trace flags it deceased, unconfirmed.
Red target ring — ◎ Hunt Hard: crew priority. This one gets called, knocked and lettered until it resolves. The pin keeps its normal door color inside the ring.
★Solid star inside a pin — Deceased owner, obituary-confirmed. The star rides inside whatever color the door mark gives the pin — blue before a knock, gold for Interested, green, grey, white or dark after — and shows in every list, whatever sift is on.
☆Hollow star inside a pin — The skip trace flags this owner as deceased, but it is not confirmed — no obituary on file. Worth a closer look, not gospel.
†Orange diamond † — Descendant / heir knock stop. The diamond sits at the family door, not the tax house — orange means heirs, everywhere. Work them all from Filters → Descendants knock list.
†Pale diamond, dark orange † — Same heir stop, but no tax owed: the subject house's taxes are paid / it was redeemed. Still a live estate lead — that's why the diamond stays bold, just cream-filled instead of solid orange. Solid orange † = owes taxes.
Teal — Future candidate pins, on the Future Candidates lane's own map only. PRE-SALE: these houses are NOT on the Oct 2026 sale — they're scored by pre-sale triangulation as the most likely future deals. Brighter and bigger = higher score. Work them from Filters → Future candidates — PRE-SALE.
Circle with a diamond inside — Bluefin. Every Bluefin wears a round pin wherever it shows up — the Bluefin pick (Filters → Lists), the hunt, the donut counties — with a small black diamond in the middle. The circle takes the door-mark colors like any other pin: deep blue before a knock, then gold, green, grey, white or dark after one; violet when it's planned to drive — and the small black diamond rides inside through every color change. Where a star sits inside the diamond (deceased-confirmed and/or planned), the star is white against the black diamond. Not the heir pin — that one's an orange diamond shape with a †.
Property pin — the house itself
Mailing pin — knock here. The owner's home — that's where the people are. With Knock addresses on, this pin is the drive stop for owners who mail away.
3Mail-house map pin — in Mail-house map mode the pins sit on the mailing houses themselves, one per address. The red badge is the mail house's own distress score; a green dot means a knock there is already marked, and it counts for every house tied to that address.
